Pio Cesare ‘Rosy’ Langhe 2020

Pale copper-pink in colour, very aromatic, with delicate aromas of rose petal, candied cherry, citrus blossom, clover honey, a trace of earth and hint of graham cracker. Airy layers of cherry, red currant, wild strawberry, white pepper, rose petal and clean minerality are glossed by citrus acidity. Juicy orange, candied ginger and a wisp of baking spice gleam on the lengthy finish. Shimmering, complex, engaging.
