Presenting Batch 4 of Glenallachie 21 Year Old Single Malt. This sophisticated bottling is a marriage of just three vintage Pedro Ximenez puncheons that were hand selected by master distiller, Billy Walker, who evaluated and sampled from Glenallachie’s incredible collection of casks maturing on-site. Over two decades of sherry oak influence has contributed to a decadent malt full of chocolate and cherry notes, which was bottled at natural cask strength, with no chill filtration and no added colour.
