Spirit distilled in 2010 was fully matured in a single Oloroso sherry puncheon for 12 years, before being hand selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker. Glenallachie’s signature honeyed spirit excels in sherry casks, and this one should be no exception, with the cask contributing notes of oak, chestnuts, and dark chocolate. A UK exclusive release that is limited to 719 bottles.
