Kilchoman Founders Cask 4th Release – 54.4%

The fourth Founders Cask release from Kilchoman. Selected by James Wills, this is a 10 year old whisky of 100% Islay spirit (so all grown/malted/distilled etc on the island) which was matured in a refill Oloroso sherry hogshead. We’re big fans of the ‘100% Islay’ style which dials back the peat to let more of the Kilchoman spirit shine.
